Rochelle Hearns has an extensive career in soccer, spanning from youth soccer to collegiate to the US Soccer Federation. Rochelle (Ro) is currently an assistant coach of the U19 Youth National Team. Rochelle is the OYSA director of coaching and an USSF coaching educator. She was the head coach at Clark College, where she was the 2013 South Region Coach of the Year. She also held assistant coaching positions at Pacific University and Portland State University, the latter during two championship seasons (2010 and 2011) and a Big Sky record unbeaten streak. She has coached in the Olympic Development Program, and for US Youth Soccer Region IV. Rochelle holds am USSF A License and a CBF/ Escola Brasileira de Futbol Brazilian Professional License Level 1.  She is also the founder of Bridge City Soccer Academy.

John Strong is the lead soccer play-by-play announcer for Fox Sports.  In his time with Fox, he has covered some of the biggest soccer events in the world, including but not limited to the 2018 and 2022 FIFA World Cups (TM),  CONMEBOL Copa America and Copa America Centenario, and CONCACAF Gold Cup.   Prior to announcing with Fox Sports, John served as the lead play-by-play announcer for TV and radio for the Portland Timbers. John grew up in Portland, getting his start in broadcasting with Lake Oswego athletics, and later the University of Oregon athletics program.

Alex Nelson is the Fractional Chief Financial Officer at Impact CFO Services.  Alex is a seasoned finance executive with over 20 years of experience.  He has founded and sold 3 small business, and was instrumental in the formation of Bridge City Soccer Academy.

Ryan McCormack

Ryan McCormack grew up playing for one of the top youth clubs in the country in Southern California.  Ryan has been a youth coach at competitive levels for almost 17 years serving Arizona, Northern California, and Oregon. He currently serves as the Head Varsity Coach for Canby High School's Men's Soccer Program. This last 2024 season, he led the boys Varsity program to their most successful campaign since 1999, notching 8 wins and their first playoff appearance since 2012.  Prior to Canby High School, Ryan led KIPP San Jose Collegiate to their first league title in any Varsity sport, winning two coach of the year awards in soccer and one in cross country.  In 2019, Ryan was recognized by the Central Coast Section Athletic Directors Association with the Norm Mackenzie Rookie Athletic Director of the Year award.  Ryan currently holds an USSF C License.
